Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations We understand that you may change your mind. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at nxdopeofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a standard return under our 7-day policy.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

2. The 7-Day Return Policy We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, new, and unused condition.

  • Completely free of scratches, creases, or any signs of handling damage.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Unboxing Video Requirement) To ensure transparency and protect against transit damage, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, the shipping label, and the entire opening process.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must email the unboxing video and your Order ID to nxdopeofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom-printed posters or special size requests).

  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.

5. Return Shipping Process To initiate a return, please contact us at nxdopeofficial@gmail.com. If your return request is authorized, you will need to ship the item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Please securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged during the return journey will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our Ambala facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the entire process to be completed (this includes our internal inspection and the time it takes for banks/payment gateways to post the credit to your account).
