Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been handed over to our logistics partner.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We partner with iThink Logistics to provide reliable delivery across India.

• Standard Shipping: Flat fee of ₹90.

• Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹599.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier delays. Nxdope is not responsible for transit delays once the package has left our facility.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the iThink Logistics tracking portal.

4. Undeliverable Packages & RTO If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the package will be returned to our Ambala facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again to have the order resent.

5. Damage Claims We use premium, high-strength tubes to protect your posters. However, if your package arrives damaged, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to nxdopeofficial@gmail.com to be eligible for a replacement.
